Each member is provided a private and secure gate access code that allows access and egress availability based on the lease terms. Gate software and security cameras manage who enters and exits the facility.
Rental rates are determined through a market analysis along with demand and availability of specific space. Multiple varying factors also play a role in accurate rental costs.
The facility is accessible every day from 5:00am - 10:00pm. From 10:00pm - 5:00am we lock the facility down as an additional layer of protection for you. This allows us to provide strict surveillance of the facility during overnight hours.
Our cancellation policy is stated in the rental agreement and we require 30 days written notice to cancel.
Keeping your asset secure is a major priority of this facility. The perimeter is surrounded by a 6 foot commercial grade privacy fence with an additional 1 foot of barb wire at the top. The facility has ample lighting, the latest technology in security cameras, motion sensors, and two way audio at the gate.
The facility is being continuously maintained and cleaned. Our members are also required and held accountable for the cleanliness of their storage space.
No, we lock the facility down between the hours of 10:00pm and 5:00am. This allows for strict surveillance of the facility during overnight hours.
You are able to reserve a unit online through our website. The reservation section of our site allows for digital signatures and downloadable documentation. You will be contacted after a reservation is made.
We offer an optional type of gap insurance that is secondary to your vehicles insurance. In the event something happens to your property while stored with us, this optional coverage may provide up to a $2,000 benefit. Please ask for further details if interested.
All additional fees are outlined in the rental agreement. We do out best to keep fees as low as possible.
Although outdoor storage is not the most exciting topic of discussion to most people, we do our best to provide a great experience for our members. At Bluebird RV Storage we do a few things differently to bring some fun to our members. Every three months we will raffle off a prize to a randomly selected unit number. The current member accountable for that space is awarded the prize. Every member has a fair chance of winning!
As the facility grows and reaches capacity we intend on hosting an annual member appreciation day at the facility. This shows our appreciation to members and the respect they provide to the facility.
